How returns & refunds work

    Submit your request from your account within 30 days of delivery.

    We review eligibility and send instructions. Use tracked shipping only.

  3. In transit

    Keep your posting receipt and tracking number as proof of postage.

  4. Inspection

    We inspect returned items within 2-3 business days of receipt.

  5. Refund

    Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

What condition must items be in?

Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all tags, cellophane seals and inserts intact. Free gifts must be returned or their value may be deducted.

How do I request a return?

Log in to your account and open the Returns section within 30 days of delivery. We will review your request and send instructions if approved.

Who pays return shipping?

We cover return shipping if an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return cost. Please use tracked shipping only.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the item you want.

What items cannot be returned?

Opened or used personal care items, samples/decants, and any hazardous goods are not returnable unless faulty.
